Their goal is to make aquatic rehab/activities accessible to all Canadians.
Through adapting and modifying aquatic programs, they advocate for accessibility of aquatic rehab/exercises. Research has shown that aquatic rehab/exercises improve physical and mental well-being. These programs are integrated, accessible, and always with the goal of inclusion.
Dedicated directors, instructors, and volunteers want to provide a platform for everyone to fully participate in aquatic exercise and rehab opportunities. They also provide personalized support for our participants so everyone can enjoy the programs.
Programs are located in Burnaby but instructors from other areas can contact them for ideas on how to make programs more inclusive.
