SET BC works with students who have the following disabilities: physical disabilities or chronic health impairments, visual impairments, dependent handicaps, deaf-blindness, autism spectrum disorders or moderate to profound intellectual disabilities. SET BC lends assistive technologies (reading, writing, and communication tools) to ensure students’ access to educational programs, and assists school districts in providing the necessary training for students and educators in the use of these technologies.
